NaxiPrice. ERP to mobile. NaxiPrice Connect by NaxivonSystem is designed to help retail teams verify selling prices using Business Central as the pricing authority. The implementation combines a validated Node.js API, an AL connector, an Expo mobile starter and a Next.js admin scaffold. Its initial market focus is jewellery retail, but the current connector calculates standard customer sales prices, line discounts and VAT. Jewellery-specific metal, making-charge and stone pricing is not implemented. The backend currently maps one configured application tenant to one BC company; dynamic multi-tenant provisioning is future work.

Project capabilities Item-number and GTIN lookup with blocked-item and ambiguous-barcode checks Standard BC customer pricing, line discounts and isolated-line VAT totals Fastify API validation, Entra JWT authentication and configured access allowlists Server-side MSAL credentials and validated public price responses Catalogue search, correlation identifiers and bounded in-memory audit records Explicit synthetic demo mode and an Expo manual-entry price screen From item lookup to selling price. Mobile lookup The Expo React Native starter sends a manually entered lookup to the backend. Camera scanning and interactive sign-in remain future work.
API access The Fastify API validates request fields and checks the authenticated tenant and configured allowlists before calling the connector.
Business Central The server obtains an OAuth token using MSAL and submits one price request to the AL API. Uncertain POST requests are not automatically retried.
Price calculation AL resolves the item number or GTIN and uses temporary sales records with the standard Business Central pricing engine for line discounts and VAT. It persists a price-request record, without creating a sales document.
Price result The backend returns public selling-price fields, calculation time and source. It records a bounded in-memory audit entry with a hashed lookup value. Demo results are explicitly labelled.
Verification In development. Demo prices are synthetic. Live BC access, sandbox AL tests and customer-approved price reconciliation remain unverified. Backend tests use local injection and mocked BC responses. Mobile camera scanning, interactive sign-in, durable audit storage and production deployment remain open; the admin portal is a static scaffold.
