A full-stack platform for domestic-service requests, with separate customer and administrator applications. Customers select services and submit their preferences; workers register their profiles. An Express API stores bookings and registrations in MongoDB, while Socket.IO delivers new-booking events to the admin dashboard for operational review and follow-up.

How a booking moves.
- Customer website
The React customer website presents domestic services and a booking form for service selection, locality, preferred hours and salary preference.
- Booking API
The Express booking controller checks required data and existing phone or email records. Mongoose schema rules validate service choices and customer fields before saving.
- MongoDB records
The backend creates a booking with pending status and timestamps. Separate models store worker registrations and administrator records.
- Live notification
After creating a booking, the server emits a new_booking Socket.IO event. The admin application subscribes to booking events to update its view.
- Admin dashboard
The separate React admin application provides booking and worker lists, filters and status-management actions. Administrator login and token verification are implemented.
- Booking status
The booking update controller stores supported status changes and notes. The schema includes pending, confirmed, in_progress, completed and cancelled; a recorded status alone does not verify real-world service delivery.
